AIM^SM (ARGOS^® Interim Measurement) Assessment

ARGOS Interim Measurement provides is designed to measure change since the prior assessment. Participants are able to request feedback on the progress made against improvement goals developed in response to the multirater assessment process. Participants are able to select personalized behavioral development goals for post-assessment feedback and measure personal, as well as rater-perceived changes in their behavior.
