Client-Managed Option
In this self-service model, AAC will set up your assessment
instrument and e-mail communication pieces. The self-service
model provides you with all of the necessary tools to manage
the administration and delivery of reports for multirater
assessments. You interface with the system through the
Internet requiring only a web browser to get access to:
Administrative Options for using the program
- Participant management screens
- Rater management screens
- Report ordering including status reports
- Online training manual
Your assessment instrument can consist of:
- Up to 40 competency (areas) items
- Up to 20 behaviors for each competency/area
- Open end comments following each competency and/or end of the assessment
- Foreign languages, including character-based languages (e.g. Kanji-Japanese)

Your e-mail communication pieces will be used for:
- Inviting participants to start their multirater assessment
- A reminder to those participants who have not started to begin the process
- Inviting selected personnel to provide ratings input for selected participants
- A reminder to those raters who have not started to provide their rating inputs
