New Internet Interface Increases Administrator Options and Process Controls for Handling Multirater Assessments

ARGOS v3.5 is a major system enhancement that provides clients with the ability to manage their multirater assessment programs from their desktop. Both Client administrators and persons seeking 360 feedback can do all of the following process steps directly from their desktop or laptop:

• Start the process by connecting directly to AAC's secure web servers
• Complete rater selection and group designation (e.g. peer, direct report or other custom category name)
• Change selections after receipt of an automated email confirmation of raters selected
• Launch the survey process by initiating emails to raters
• Manage communications, including reminders and email address errors
• Access the status of each survey (number of completed responses by rater group)
• Retrieve or deliver final reports via email
• Administrators can check the status of the entire program, as well as individual cases

The easily-customized final report has been redesigned by development experts, and is enhanced graphically by new organization and full color.

ARGOS Assessment Company was formed to increase client service and new product development. Although v3.5 will enable clients to manage the entire multirater assessment process, AAC will continue to offer a "managed service" for clients wishing a more complete outsourced solution. In Managed Service, a client will be assigned a project manager who will perform all of the functions required to administer the multirater process and deliver final reports.
