ARGOS Assessment manages the entire multirater assessment process, but does not design the multirater assessments nor provide post-assessment coaching. It serves as the "back office" support for training and OD consultants to help them deliver a better, more efficient service to their clients. Its application can be easily customized to adapt to any assessment type, in any language; delivers custom color hardcopy or PDF reports; is designed for large-scale implementations; and incorporates the highest level of security and data protection. Additional capabilities also include data collection via toll-free telephone for participants that do not have web access.

The consulting firms with whom we seek an alliance will have the following characteristics:

• Be a recognized name in the consulting field, and be highly regarded by their peers and clients;
• Have a national practice, and likely have an international practice, as well;
• Employ or contract with at least twenty or more consultants; and
• Have an average annual requirement of not less than 1,000 assessments.
