AAC-Managed Option
In this model, in addition to setting up your assessment
instrument and e-mail communication pieces, AAC will perform
all of the functions required to administer the multirater
process and deliver final reports. AAC, through one of our
Client Support staff working with your designated interface,
will perform the following tasks:
Setting up and launching your e-mail communication pieces which will be used for:
- Inviting participants to start their multirater assessment
- A reminder to those participants who have not started to begin the process
- Inviting selected personnel to provide ratings input for selected participants
- A reminder to those raters who have not started to provide their rating inputs
Setting up the group and participants based on your providing the names and e-mail addresses through an electronic spreadsheet
Launching the process and producing interim status reports
Closing the process and running final reports that will either be printed as hardcopy documents or electronic PDF documents.
